Live Theatre Auditions for 25-26 Season

The Alliance is excited to announce its 2025–2026 season, featuring a dynamic mix of heartfelt comedies, thought-provoking dramas, and original works that showcase the depth and diversity of Southwest Florida’s theatre community.

Audition Information

• Auditions: Cold readings from the scripts; bring a headshot and résumé if available. Monologues are welcomed but not necessary

• All roles are non-paid community theatre opportunities

• Location: Foulds Theatre, Alliance for the Arts, 10091 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL

Season Highlights

December – A Rainbow Holiday

• An original work by Lori Sigrist and Joe Simonelli celebrating the holiday season with humor, reflection, and festive cheer.

• Rehearsals: Nov. 10–Dec. 3 (with a break for Thanksgiving)

• Performances: Dec. 4–14, Thursday through Sunday

• Roles available: 1 female (50s), 1 male (50s–60s), 4 males (20s–30s), 2 females (20s–30s)

February – 12 Angry Jurors

• Reginald Rose’s timeless drama exploring justice, morality, and the complexities of human conviction.

• Rehearsals: Jan. 12–Feb. 11

• Performances: Feb. 12–22

• Roles available: 13 roles for a diverse cast of male and female actors of all ages

Summer 2026 – Original One-Act Play Festival & Summer Musical

• Original One-Act Play Festival: A showcase of new works from local playwrights, highlighting fresh creative voices.

• Summer Musical (title TBD): A high-energy, joy-filled production to close the season on a vibrant note.
